We are happy to offer fast and reliable shipping so your baby’s essentials arrive as soon as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it is prepared immediately for dispatch.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes, including adding or removing items, updating addresses, or changing shipping methods.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on orders over $100
Standard Shipping — $10
Express Shipping — $15

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags must be attached
Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose:

A refund to the original payment method, or
Store credit to use on a future purchase

Refunds are processed within a few business days after approval. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order so we can assist you with availability and next steps.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
